Preparing for your first massage session is a great way to lay the foundation for a positive experience. One of the best things you can do is to arrive a little early for your appointment. This will give you some time to fill out any necessary forms or complete a brief consultation with your therapist. It is also encouraged to drink plenty of fluid so you come fully hydrated for your massage. Additionally, it’s a good idea to wear loose, comfortable clothing to easily undress for the session and dress afterwards. Lastly, communicate with your therapist about what you need. Whether you prefer a lighter or more firm pressure, or have specific areas you’d like them to focus on, letting them know before the session begins will ensure that you have the best possible massage experience.
At Return To Harmony Medical and Sports Massage, we recommend booking monthly massages to maintain physical health. The frequency of visits depends on various factors such as your lifestyle, stress level, and physical activity. Some clients prefer a monthly appointment, while others feel better with a massage every couple of weeks. Our professional massage therapists can help you customize a schedule that works for your unique needs and budget. Give us a call at (801) 619-7078 to schedule your appointment today!
We do not accept insurance, but it is important to us that you get the help you need. If you have medical massage insurance benefits, you may be eligible to be reimbursed by your insurance company. Typically the process for using those benefits involves paying for services out-of-pocket, providing your insurance company with a “Super bill” that we provide you, and then receiving direct reimbursement from insurance. Additionally, we do accept Health Savings Account (HSA) card, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card, and all other forms of payments including clinic-issued electronic gift card or physical gift card, credit card, check or cash.
