24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Scar Tissue Repair services are in high demand and many clients are on waiting lists for appointments.  It is always our goal to help as many people as we can.  Our policy is we must have at least 24 hours notice of cancellation for a scheduled appointment so we may fill your  spot with another client.  After that time, the full price of the appointment will be charged to compensate the therapist for unplanned down time.

No-Show Policy

For No-Shows, the full price of the appointment will be charged to compensate the therapist for unplanned down time.

 

24-Hour Cancellation and No-Show fees  must be paid in full prior to your next appointment.  Multiple violations of our cancellation policy will result in future appointments being removed and lost.   Our cancellation fees are applied equally and fairly to everyone regardless of the circumstances.
